A blend of herbs used for its toning and nourishing qualities during pregnancy, breastfeeding, PMS and menopause.
This tea blend may be sweetened or diluted. use 1/4 cup herbs in a litre jug, cover with boiling water and let steep overnight. Strain tea and drink the next day.
Contains nettle, oatstraw, red raspberry, rosehip, alfalfa and peppermint.
